genre: Hardcore/Screamo

notes: We Were Skeletons is a screamo band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Personally they remind me a lot of Hot Cross because they’re very mathy. This is a really fucking good release though. Really great dudes.buy (topshelf)

Colors – Palindromes (2010)By thestarsinjanuary on October 8th, 2010 | 124 Comments
bitrate: 320 kBit/s
genre: Screamo
country: USA
notes: Colors is a dissonant/chaotic screamo band from Denver, Colorado. For me it’s a perfect mix between what I love about Saetia and Jeromes Dream. They definitely have their own unique sound, however. They recently had an interview featured on Nature With No Plagues which I highly recommend checking out. The dudes are super nice and the music is super amazing in every respect. Don’t miss out on this. -
ColorChromatic – Tenet (2010)By thestarsinjanuary on October 1st, 2010 | No Comments
bitrate: 320 kBit/s
genre: Screamo/Hardcore/Punk
country: USA
notes: ColorChromatic is a skramz-esque band from California. So many good releases this year. This is definitely one to add to that list. Some of you might not even call this screamo but who cares good music is good music. Elements of punk rock, hardcore, and rock are present. Definitely check it out.
